Dotson Institute of Music and Worship in the Black Church & Beyond commemorates its inaugural launch with the prolific songwriter and musician\, Richard Smallwood\, and features an opening performance by Grammy-nominated artist\, Dr. Cynthia Wilson & The JBDI Mass Choir. \nRichard Smallwood is a living icon\, Gospel Music Hall of Fame inductee\, multiple Stellar and Dove Awards winner\, and Grammy nominee. With over four decades as one of the most popular inspirational artists of our time\, Richard Smallwood is a well-respected composer\, music director and pianist loved for stirring classics including Total Praise\, Center of My Joy\, and I Love the Lord.
