DESCRIPTION:Join us in person or online for a meal and panel discussion facilitated by Dr. Rolf Nolasco and featuring Yohan Davuri (MAPCC student) and Simbarashe Ndowa (MAPM student) as they explore how the cultural and religious traditions of Hinduism and African spirituality have influenced their understanding and practice of Christianity\, and how these traditions have enriched or challenged their faith in ways that encourage inter-religious dialogue. This conversation hopefully highlights the potential for enrichment and challenge when faith traditions intersect\, fostering deeper inter-religious dialogue\, and their engagement in addressing social issues that cut across religious boundaries. SUMMARY:Seminarians in Service April Volunteering
DESCRIPTION:Seminarians in Service will be repainting the back porches of University Christian Ministry (UCM) on April 26th. While there is a lot to paint\, please do not feel obligated to come for the whole day\, an hour or more is enough. We will be starting around 10 am and doing as much as we can. We will be ordering lunch for the volunteers\, so it should be a fun day! Please invite friends\, whether or not they attend GETS. All are welcome.
