DESCRIPTION:Join us for a virtual event on how to pursue theological studies in the US. Learn about Garrett Seminary\, a seminary accredited by the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) and the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and situated in Evanston\, IL (near Chicago). Topics we will go over include our master’s level and doctoral degrees\, F-1 student visas to study in the US\, online study through Garrett\, tuition and fees\, and scholarships. All Garrett students receive scholarships! Join the Admissions team for this hour-long conversation to learn about how Garrett supports different calls and learn about which degrees might better support your call to ministry. DESCRIPTION:Join us on October 8th for a lunchtime discussion about pathways to ministry in the United Methodist Church\, and learn how Garrett can support United Methodist students in whatever pathway they feel led! Learn from alums\, staff\, and students about the ministry of: Elders – those who are called to ministries of “Word\, Service\, Order\, and Sacrament\,” Deacons – those who are called to ministries of “Word\, Service\, Compassion\, and Justice\,” Licensed Local Pastors – ministers called to a local congregation and community\, and Lay ministers – those called to live out their baptismal vows in non-ordained ministry. Join us for this hour-long conversation to learn how Garrett supports different calls and learn about which degrees might better support general or specialized types of ministry.

DESCRIPTION:Since 2022\, the Asociación para La Educación Teológica Hispana (AETH) and 91PORN have partnered to expand theological education opportunities in Latiné communities in North America and throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. \nJoin us for this hour-long event to explore how AETH Bible Institute students can pursue a master degree program at Garrett and the benefits of further theological education as a Latiné student. \n  \n\nPROGRAMAS DE FORMACION MINISTERIAL Y TEOLOGICA \nDirigido a estudiantes de Institutos Bíblicos certificados por AETH \n  \n  \nDesde el año 2022\, la Asociación para La Educación Teológica Hispana (AETH) y el Seminario Teológico Garrett-Evangelical mantienen una alianza estratégica orientada a ampliar y fortalecer  las oportunidades de formación teológica y ministerial en las comunidades Latine de los Estados Unidos\, América Latina y el Caribe. \n  \n  \nLes invitamos a participar en una conversación de una hora\, en la que se explorarán diversas vías de acceso para que les estudiantes de los Institutos Bíblicos certificados por AETH puedan continuar estudios de maestría en el Seminario Garrett.
