Job Institute for Spiritual Formation is inviting you to this 6-week online synchronous course: Right Here\, Right Now: The Practice of Christian Mindfulness. \nJesus invites us to inhabit the actual lives we are in\, finding abundant life right here in the messiness. This course will explore Christian mindfulness as an embodied practice that can help us have “eyes to see and ears to hear” the present moment where we encounter the sacred. We will examine theological distinctive\, and discover the ways mindfulness can empower lives of faith and justice in the world. \nLeader: Dr. Amy Oden\nDates: October 23\, 30 & November 6\, 13\, 20\, 27.\nTime: 12:00 – 1:30 PM Online Synchronous \n\nRegistration Fee: $75\nRegistration Deadline: October 16 \n*Participants need to attend all 6 sessions to receive a Certificate of Attendance and (1.0) Continuing Education Unit.
