DESCRIPTION:Please join us in the Chapel of the Unnamed Faithful for the seminary Convocation on September 13 from 4–5 p.m. (CST). This service will also be live-streamed. \nAt Garrett\, our Convocation provides an opportunity to center and celebrate the sacredness of our shared academic life in worship\, to remember the grace of God in Christ as well as the collective mission to which we have been called. During this year’s Convocation\, we will also have the opportunity to formally welcome Phillips School of Theology students and to celebrate our partnership with this seminary community. \nWe will also have the distinct honor of hearing from our new academic dean\, the Reverend Dr. Jennifer Harvey\, who will be officially installed and will also be delivering the Convocation Address.  \nFollowing the service\, the Garrett community is invited to participate in a celebratory community meal at the Loder Dining Hall.
